Closing with these people was a nightmare and the worst experience when compared to 3 /4 closing firms that I have worked with . The lack of acknowledgement for the documents sent and the absence of proper communication have created significant confusion regarding the closing time. The worst part was that they didn't even adhere to the contract clause requiring the seller's money to be held for two days after closing to account for the temporary stay.
You don't want to work for this company. I have; and it is and was a waste of my time and effort. Micro-managed by one of the partners, Lynne Sparks. No raise or bonus, but the work is piled on you. Promises were made to no avail. People were fired because of poor and lack of management. I worked in a TN location. i am so thankful to be out of that situation now. Lynne even changed my date of leaving to not pay what was due me........my PTO. Hurt people, hurt people. Good riddance. Thank you, and I hope y... read more
