This was my first time using McMichael and Gray for my buyer’s closing on his home. Not only was this my buyer’s first home purchase, but it was my first real estate transaction. MMG was fantastic to work with - efficient, clear & professional throughout the entire process. I really had a difficult experience with MMG Law. What type of RE Closing Attorney issues Commission Check directly to an agent? I was dumbfounded. Second, I returned two checks (one issued directly to a referral agent from my brokerage and the other issued to my brokerage). Instead of issuing one check with a combined total amount, they issued only the first check. Isn't that unsmart?
