LOVE Ruby! It's the best microbrew ever!!Love the food. Always a treat!
This is the worst pub with the worst head manager. I suggest if you want good people serving you not to go here.
It took almost an hour for our food to come and it wasn't busy at all. There were very few people inside. Our waitress wasn't very nice or helpful. They forgot my vinagrette with the salad and brought mustard instead. The food was good but I wasn't too impressed with the service. Will probably go to a different location next time. I might mention I also came back a few weeks later (I didn't want to but my family members did) and still got pretty bad service and food. Our waiter was not attentive at all. Crowded restaurant with only 2 people waiting tables. Service was very slow. Our waitress was very nice, just too busy. Food was good as always, except for the split pea soup which didn't seem to have peas and was too spicy according to my friends.
A great lunch yesterday. We were kind of early but were taken care of. Our waitress was very helpful about our food and beverage choices. I had a seasonal IRA and a very filling and tasty order of poutine for lunch.
