Mcmenamins is quite a remarkable company. My wife and I began saving our points for overnight stays, and between her death from cancer and the pandemic, it took me almost 6 years to finally complete the stays required for a free night. But they didn’t clear the account and kept track of the points. I can’t think of many companies that would not use the first excuse to clear your points. I really respect them for honoring the process.

I had to report one of their locations that gave me lousy service. I had ordered a cheeseburger and fries. They were cold when I got them. I also think that they may have did something to the cheeseburger because both waitresses came over to the booth that I was sitting in and asked if I had tried the cheeseburger. I opened it up and I couldn't see anything obvious wrong with it but they were acting real funny. It's a shame when an established business have shady employees who don't value regular customers. I had an issue at a restaurant/movie theater that involved my children and I. I called and spoke with Michelle Lively, she instantly went to problem solving and got me connected to a very kind district manager Conners McMenamin. She deescalated everything from a phone call. She got me in touch with who I needed to speak with. Conners was just as helpful and understanding. These days it’s so hard to find Customer service that exceeds your expectations.
