Went to see Superman with my wife, shared a pizza and pretzel appetizer for meal. The pizza was largely large crust bubbles and fairly burnt. Have had their pizzas many times and not seen this sort of poor food serve. I can't imagine why they would even let it out of the kitchen. Pointed it out to our server even though it was quite beyond obvious and he really seemed nonplussed/uncaring. Pretzel things were good. This is why I am not keen on paying in advance and tipping. Definitely not the 20-25% I normally tip.
