I was recently hit by a car and was badly hurt. I have the rear dashcam footage to show that I was stopped at a stoplight when they hit me. I reached out to McMenamin and Wing and was told that I have to pay $75,000 upfront before anyone would even look at my case. The exact words used to the man on the phone was.
