Though I did think the doctor who we were seen by did a great job, I was very dissatisfied with the way we were treated by the intake nurse. She was very rude. She cut me off twice while I was answering her questions, she ignored my daughter twice when she asked if she could lay down on the bed after she was put in the chair. She then after that spoke very loudly, sarcastically, and condescendingly in the hall where we could hear her about my daughter's inability to provide a proper urine analysis. Well they say there is nothing wrong I have something going on my ear still hurts last night I blew my nose and I can at least hear now. But there is still a bunch of pain in my ear and they say nothing is wrong. Not sure why we would have to come back and pay for another appointment. This is why I don’t go to doctors
My provider listened to my issue, asked questions and made me feel at ease. Wish she could be be my PCP😊
