Sent me to collections while I was making payments, now they get nothing

Great people
I am supposed to have financial assistance and zero share of cost but I keep getting billed and when I call it never gets taken care of.
They would rather send me to collections for $40 than give me the few weeks I need for the remaining balance. Not a very smart decision to collect essentially nothing when they could have had the whole thing. I'm not sure what use this office is as they are unable to do anything and an office from Portland does all the reaching out.
