From day one, the customer service with this dealership and Auto Now Financial has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every interaction felt hostile instead of helpful. I have had ongoing issues with my vehicle stalling and shutting off, which is a serious safety concern. I took the car to two independent repair shops, and neither could diagnose the issue.
