The move into our rental property was not smooth. There were many issues with the home's appliances and plumbing (microwave/showers/dishwasher/ toilets). Paperwork was also not supplied properly to the City of Phoenix to set up water/sewage/garbage services which resulted in our water being shut off for at least 4 days over a holiday weekend.
