The MMH team caught a discrepency at the 11th hour during closing (also during christmas week). Their team reached out to me after hours and the issue was due to the lender being unable to do math. Minutes after copying the MMH team into the thread with the lender who shall not be named, the issue was immediately resolved and made it to the closing table without any issues for our home purchase.
