so far I am impressed on how they treated me and took me in right away. I normally go to firestone but when they closed temporarily with out telling anyone that rubbed me the wrong way and what they wanted to do to my car I question as it made no sense. I'm glad I came here for them to look and fix my car. everyone that help me have been awesome and I think I will take my business here instead for my car. Good service and nice people.
I’ve gone to them for years. Always fair and very affordable. I’m referring to Glenbrook location. Since moving out SW I’ve tried the Illinois Rd location twice. I much prefer Glenbrook location. Better all the way around!
We unexpectedly had a problem with a tire while on a mini vacation in ft. wayne. We stopped by and they were friendly, fast and effecient.
Travis does a great job of explaining what needs to be done and they provide great service.
