I just have to say these guys are amazing!! I called their mobile service around 5pm on Thursday to come out and check my truck that was in de-rate mode, he could not move from the truck stop. The gentlemen named Justin (very nice and polite man), came out quickly and diagnosed that the DEF sensor needed to be replaced. He went back to the shop and confirmed they had the part in stock. Bought a 2018 mack pinnacle about 6 months ago and already spent 4000.00 starting 1 week after I bought it but that's not why I'm pissed I called them and asked if they would send someone to jump me off about 2 miles from their store and they would not help me so I think what has happened to our country and its things like this no one cares anymore.
