The tech was on time and conducted herself in a professional manner.
I'd highly suggest exploring other options prior to enlisting McMackin with your HVAC or Plumbing needs. They are the most unprofessional group that I have had to work with. The owner was very disrespectful after securing our business for an install. It was like he knew we had give him the money so he didn't care how he acted towards us.
MY husband and I decided to change our oil furnace to a propane heating system. McMackin Mechanical . They put in the new system, worked with the propane company and removed the old oil furnace. We are so happy to have a more efficient heating system. The mechanics were very qualified and friendly. The cleanup was great.
