Had them come out to fix a dishwasher that was not closing properly, they found that a board was sticking out and rubbing on the side of the dishwasher. They pulled the dishwasher out and shaved off the board. Reinstalled the dishwasher and it works great now. Very quick service and a reasonable price.
Carlos came to fix our tub faucet leak, but couldn’t complete the job. Would talk to his boss and never returned. 2 days later we were told to wait another 3 days. Bad Communication and constant drip. Called someone else.
Jose came to service our tankless water heater. Knowledgeable, prompt & professional. He explained service rendered & showed his expertise! Thank you - MCM highly recommended, easy scheduling.
Mike helped us replace a water heater that happened to be connected to a thermal storage tank. To achieve that, he had to fix the existing connection issues we had with a thermal tube system on the roof to the storage tank. He figured out the best way to make this work for us. Mike really listened to us and was willing to answer the questions we had.
