Really impressed with the place. First time here with softball team. People are really nice and pool is super clean. Bed super comfortable, in hopes of returning again. I have no completes at this time. Great area with easy access to anywhere you want to go!
Definitely the rooms are clean adequately while there is space for improvement particularly if they manage to change the old type and noisy aircons. The breakfast is well prepared with very friendly staff the same for the Tradewinds tavern. I will highly recommend to look for their cabanas where the small balconies looking to the pool. They are convenient for me who I am a a smoker.
Over the years I've won several overnight stays to this hotel at different silent auctions, This is by far the best hotel in our area. I love this hotel. It has an awesome pool with cabanas. it has a really nice restaurant, a tavern which you can eat and drink in, that has big projection screen TVs to watch, a pool table outside, it has a small gift shop, a workout room, and you can always do different sort of packages when you book. also what I love is the spa they have, its really nice too. We were here for a high school reunion. I found this hotel to be both clean and accommodating. We stayed in one of the suites and it was very large and comfortable. The food we ate at the restaurant and in the bar was very good. This was a very nice surprise for the Beaumont area. We both grew up here and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and big and very clean. Easy to get to, right off the interstate. Bed very comfortable. Nice for 1-2 people per room. Rooms are quiet. Hotel has a couple of restaurants, Star Bucks coffee and a very nice spa.
My wife and I really appreciated the great services by the MCM Elegante staff again this year. Several of our friends were in town from around the country and Pakistan and there were several comments about the nice rooms and friendly atmosphere. We stayed from Wednesday 15th until the 19th. This hotel is just a great experience for anyone traveling through our city, as well as local events such as our function.
Our Church was undergoing some renovations and we needed a place to hold our services for seven weeks. Athena, the Elegante rep was very helpful and the rates were extremely competitive. There were no surprises, everything was just as she promised and when we needed a couple of very minor changes the staff was very accommodating. Although the facility is not new, it is very clean and has a "large and open" atmosphere that is very inviting. We will definitely call Athena again if we need a temporary meeting place.
GREAT staff- great place to stay!!! – I stayed here for 2 weeks on business and it was GREAT- because of their fabulous staff- esp. Ralph & Napoleon! They made us all SO welcome that the hotel was Truly a Great place to "come home to" after work! I will Definitely stay there again if I'm so lucky as to be in the area!
