We absolutely loved our experience working with Kelly to buy a home in Fort Collins! He was a great listener about what we wanted and so knowledgeable about the area & process. He was professional, highly responsive, and gave us great advice along the way. When we buy again, we will be working with Kelly & plan to recommend him to friends and family.
I could not say enough wonderful things about Anna Yost. I had to purchase a home sight unscene since I lived in another state and Anna went above and beyond to help me find the right fit - being my eyes, ears, and even nose to find the right house. She was honest with what she saw and took many videos or provided anything I needed to feel comfortable with the right house. Even after closing on the house, she continued to help meet service providers while I was still not able to get in town yet. I would highly recommend her!
Kelly was the key to our success, in moving to town and buying from afar. He used his extensive knowledge of the area to show us places that met our criteria and help us understand what living in one area would be like vs another. High recommendation for working with Kelly.
We were in a tough situation and needing to move out of state. Kelly took on the challenge to sell our home during the holidays. He hosted several open houses, gave us bi weekly updates about the neighborhood and houses in the area, and was in communication with us every step of the way. He even showed up early for an open house to shovel our driveway since we were out of state. Not only was he an excellent agent, he’s a wonderful person. 10/10 recommend.
Anna went above and beyond our expectations for our first home buying experience! She was incredibly communicative and responsive from start to finish, making sure we had all the information and understanding we needed along the way. She made great suggestions of homes to look at to help us stay in our budget and get everything we were looking for, and provided all the lender, inspection, and contractor suggestions we needed at various steps.
