We were in a tough situation and needing to move out of state. Kelly took on the challenge to sell our home during the holidays. He hosted several open houses, gave us bi weekly updates about the neighborhood and houses in the area, and was in communication with us every step of the way. He even showed up early for an open house to shovel our driveway since we were out of state. Not only was he an excellent agent, he’s a wonderful person. 10/10 recommend.

Anna went above and beyond our expectations for our first home buying experience! She was incredibly communicative and responsive from start to finish, making sure we had all the information and understanding we needed along the way. She made great suggestions of homes to look at to help us stay in our budget and get everything we were looking for, and provided all the lender, inspection, and contractor suggestions we needed at various steps. Using Christine Cavalier as your broker should be a no-brainer. I have bought and sold houses over the years and have used several different agents. My sister-in-law recommended her, and Christine did not disappoint. She is super experienced and savvy. She was clearly very aware of what the market is doing in my area.
