I rang to book my RWC on my campervan. Owner says bring it in on Saturday morning and he'll do the rwc and book the tradies for Monday. 2 mondays later and still not done. Apparently now you need to get a plumber certified gas fitter and than an electrician to check all fittings. Each tradie was $350 each plus REC $400. Each time i rang Owner ihecould not give me a straight answer nor a quote to do a couple of repairs. He failed to return any calls. I demanded a quote before commencing repairs. I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience with this mechanic. Unfortunately, they not only failed to provide a proper bill for their services but also charged extra money for fuel and storage without any clear explanation.
