Steve came out right on time, to the button, and got right to work. we were on a tight schedule as far as getting him in before our furniture was delivered, and he was very accommodating. His work is top notch; I've never seen our carpet cleaner than it is now. We will definitely have him back out to finish out the rest of the house!
