They smile to your face and neglect your loved when your not there. I was lied to by more than one person there starting from top administration to the so called help. I hope they are better now but I don't think so from reviews.
they dont listen to family members and don't do anything they ask... just what they feel is right... lost a grand father to a heart attack bc they didn't send him to heart doc after i repeatedly told them he needed to go... will never send anyone there again!!!!!!!!!

They ignored a court order allowing daughters to visit their dying father. Threatened to get lawyers involved. These children missed the last two weeks of their father’s life.

The McLoud Nursing Center has a friendly atmosphere, smells wonderful, and the care is top-notch! The employees make the transition into the skilled center so smooth.
My precious Momma spent the last 3 weeks and 1 day here and the staff was incredibly kind and compassionate. They always had her very best interest at heart and were more than willing to speak with me about everything going on. She did not have a private room but when the end was imminent they moved her roommate out to give us privacy. They went above and beyond for her and our family.
