I have been attending McLeod St for some time now, and I have rarely had to wait for my allocated appointment time, and I have always been contacted for telehealth appointments. On occassion this may be a little behind, though I feel compelled to afford a little understanding given I am not being made to wait at the actual surgery, and the appointment done this way is for my convenience. I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic. It started with the receptionist, who, instead of politely confirming my SMS code, rudely demanded, "Give me your cell phone and I'll check it myself." The nurse who was supposed to take my blood left early for lunch without informing me about the next steps, such as going for an X-ray to expedite the process. Upon her return, she called another patient who arrived after me. When I mentioned that I had arrived earlier, she became irritated and asked the other patient if she ... read more

Tuesday 3 October 2023. Tried to book telehealth last night on app, unsuccessful. Called 9:35am this morning and spoke to front desk, they book me for 1:30pm telehealth with doctor. By 2:50pm no call received from doctor so I called front desk. She locates my name in appointment but says doctor went home and will return at 6pm.
