Five months ago, I had my medical examination for my visa at this clinic. During the blood test, the small and dark skin nurse (I can't remember her name, maybe from south east Asia) who served me was extremely rude. She barely responded when I spoke to her and treated me as if I were an animal. After the blood draw, my arm was bruised and sore for two weeks before it recovered — I’ve never had such a reaction from a blood test before. I had my visa medical check-up at Mcleod Street Medical and the service was excellent. Tash (sorry if I mistyping her name) was very friendly, clear, and reassuring, while Dr. Janet Chan was also kind and informative. The only issue was that I wasn’t told to take a queue number after registration, but fortunately another patient helped me. 🤔 The X-ray is done outside the main clinic, but that was fine. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend.
Dr Cameron McLeod is s very knowledgeable and professional GP with a true caring attitude. I have been a patient of his for over 20 years and cannot recommend him or the clinic high enough.
Long term patient because of long term great care.
Overcharged. Ridiculously short time spent in care. This practice has taken on too many patients for financial gain sacrificing patient care. I gave up trying to get a basic blood pressure prescription and have ceased medication to protect my mental health. Decent doctors leave so fast. Where there is smoke there is fire. Dealing with this practice was compromising my wellbeing. No more.
