i was told i needed to wait in a very long line then in the waiting room after telling the nurse i was having a heart attack, after some time i ask if this was going to take a while, and was told maybe tomorrow Morring. at witch time i drove myself across town to a hospital. sure enough having a heart attack stents placed with in 7 mins of showing up at e r. if you want to survive a heart attack it would be best to bypass Mcloud, besides this it is no place for older white people to go............

The worst ED ever... I was treated so horrible. I have bruises on my arm. A bloody gauze from.an IV needle. I was yelled at when I mentioned calling my doctor. I'm not done. I will tell this to everyone. These two. Doctor hateful and her nurse will be reported. I had surgery on my bladder at this hospital. I went to the ER because I was having complications and in pain. MY THREE GOLDEN DIAMOND RINGS WERE STOLEN BY ER DEPARTMENT STAFF ON 4/6/2020 DURING AN ER VISIT. I HAVE CALLED, EMAILED, GONE IN PERSON. SECURITY STAFF EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! THIS IS NOW AN ACTIVE POLICE INVESTIGATION WITH THE FLORENCE POLICE DEPARTMENT. I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT LOSING A JACKET- THESE ARE MY WEDDING RINGS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I am patient's family. Dont go to this hospital. My dad was in medical 8 floor one year ago. Those black tech are very lazy. For whole day, the black tech never show up to see my dad. Never give personal care to my dad! For your own sake. Dont go to this hospital never and ever!
