Do not waste your time unless you have actually had an orthopedic emergency. If you have an upcoming appointment these people will not see you, even if you're appointment is a week out. Forget the fact that you are in pain and can't see your doctor until your scheduled appointment. IF you have an Orthopedic Emergency then I guess they will see you IF you didn't visit the ER first!! Dr McDonald has been my provider due to a severe knee injury and each visit has been informative and beyond exceptional care. Wonderful service from front desk to clinical team ! I have to give an extra shout out to my favorite nurses Haley and Alisha this visit just for always being so kind and thoughtful….keep up that beautiful energy and smiles!! Great job to the entire team!! The only complaint I have that isn’t on the team is parking is a nightmare with individuals with injuries as this is location for that very reason.... read more
EXTREMELY long wait times. Arrived from 830 appt at 815am. Do not get called to the back until 910/915am. It is now 940 and STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THE DR. Every appt is like this. You want pts to value your time please value ours. My husband works at night so makes his appts early so he can then go to sleep. Who wants to be sitting in a Dr's office with an appt and end up here for more than 2 hrs no additional testing or anything.
Do not waste your time if you have been suffering with a new issue more than 2 weeks because they will refuse to see you even if it has recently worsened. Zero empathy and the reason people don’t seek help.
From the moment we entered OrthoNow through the x-rays, provider visit, and the gentleman who fitted my son with an ankle brace, our experience was excellent. My son is 14 and has moderate autism, and he injured his ankle after a fall. I helped him from the car to a bench outside, and an employee who was waiting for a ride immediately jumped up and brought a wheelchair. She had him comfortably seated before I could even pull my car into a parking spot. That level of awareness and compassion set the tone for the entire visit.... read more
