M can draw up plans but did not utilize our input for the interior for functionality of our lifestyle. Would have liked him to ask us more questions about what we wanted from our living space and how we wanted it to look or how his design would effect budget etc. Slow or no replies on top of the previous stated issue above kept us from being able to recommend his services unfortunately. I was referred to Zach at McLeod House Designs by a local realtor to help review our house plans and identify any load-bearing walls. Zach was incredibly helpful—he responded quickly and provided a detailed report that covered all my questions. He was very knowledgable about trusses and home structure, especially in relation to our 90s home with pillars, which was exactly what we needed to help us with our remodel plans.
