Labor and delivery department is absolutely fantastic. Whoever controls the birth certificates for babies that are born within the hospital should really find a new job. At first, we thought we had made a mistake on the paperwork when my son‘s Social Security card came in the mail. The card read my wife’s first name and my son’s middle and last name. I had also called up there to the lady who does the birth certificates in medical records. She was essentially unwilling to help by all means and didn’t really care. I’m sure th... read more
Great place, great people
This place is horrible and they serve horrible service. They did not let my mother see her son when she asked multiple times to see him and he had something very serious going on and he is a minor. The nurses were being very rude and had extreme attitude filled with sarcasm and the security guard with blonde hair was just laughing and laughing saying she had nothing to do with our situation. Longer story then that but never again!
The ER staff took really good care of my niece, even the security guards were very professional in performing their duties.
