I remember their names and positions by the levels and amounts of care and treatment provided to me and for me! I waited for hours in the waiting room, I went to the check-in window twice to find out why I was waiting so long. The first time I went up there they said I had to wait for a bed. The second time I went up there I was told that I was taking off the board because they called me twice and got no answer from me. I didn't hear anybody call me. But keeping an eye on the door waiting to hear my name they stood in the doorway instead of coming out near the entrance door to call the patient's name.
