This place is terrible!!!! All of the employees was rude to me and my grandma,she has severe back and leg pains that muscle relaxers just don’t help with we told the nurse that mind you,, and she still prescribed her a muscle relaxer. We’ve been waiting 4 hours just for them to give her a muscle relaxer… the nurse barely did anything. If your thinking about coming here don’t❤️save yourself the time and irritation.. terrible customer service and experience
🚨Don't walk RUN FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!!🚨🏃🏼♀️This hospital is shady!!! They give you one price and when you pay, they go and bill you again with a much larger price! They told me if we paid the $556 that day we would just pay that discounted price for the ER visit. We paid it in full and now they're trying to bill us another "discount" price of 3 grand! CAMERAS! NO PRIVACY FOR PATIENTS! I had oral surgery, and for almost two weeks I took my prescribed pain meds as directed (oral surgeon unaffiliated with mcleod). I've struggled with constipation for years, which is also a side effect of the pain meds. So approximately 3 and half weeks of having only one bowel movement; I knew I had to go to the e.r.. This Hospital right here needs to do better I believe they need more staff and more doctors and the back cause it's not enough workers working in the Emergency Room
