Came to ER for abdominal pain. Finally Get called back to a room. No doctor has seen me yet and it’s been an hour. They need to get more than one provider in the ER. Do better. Y’all don’t expect one nurse to care for all these patients.
Monique seems to always have an attitude and not a caring voice or soul in sight everytime I've saw her. Nobody's wants to feel bad and have someone that's not happy walk into the room . We want someone to listen and care and help us as patients and make us comfortable. Haley Rapp ain't no better for a DOCTOR either she had a VERY nasty attitude when she actually came in the room 2nd go around after dealing with a caradic patient and as I'm explaining again she stops me while talking saying I'm not gone talk to her that way ... read more
Drove truck for 40 years all over America this is the worst Hospital i have ever been to
I am a 100% disabled vet. I was there for kidney stones right after Christmas. I was in town visiting family for the holidays when the stones attacked. I came to the hospital and let them know I was a vet, that the VA needed to be billed, and they knew I was at the ER. I am now apparently in collections. Thanks McLeod! Love to see how you take care of your vets! Yall suck a$$
Came into emergency room by primary Dr telling me to come here. Registered went to triage and to waiting room. From there it was a wait of 3 hours to go to back. Only after I had to ask as they took other people back and I understand more serious first but I have oxygen and struggling to breath from this cold sinus whatever it is and they act like you aren't sitting there coughing and gagging.
