I had a wonderful experience purchasing carpet for my home and would use McLeod again in a heartbeat. I worked with Stan who was amazing, but everyone I encountered was professional and pleasant. Very pleased!
Erin helped pick out the size and type of rug we needed. It was installed on a timely manner all good. Certainly would suggest McLeod for area rugs.
Great customer service. Denise and installers were GREAT. (A BIT PRICY, but that may be the times we live in.)
Denise was our salesperson. She was kind and very easy to work with. Our installers were also very good. Our job was not big - one room - we did the carpet/padding tear-out, and there were no seams needed. That said, the carpet is beautiful and everyone was pleasant and we are very, very happy. We would definitely return here in the future and can easily recommend this company - they know what they are doing and do it well. Yes, the carpet is purple!!! 💜
