Staff is great, love the variety and someone always pops up with excellent advice/suggestion. I always end up walking out with more then I went in there for and love that I can shop with my puppy and staff friendly to my furbaby...
After a tough evening of coming home around 8:30PM to find that our hot water tank had sprung a leak, my husband went down to McLendon's this morning and had probably the best experience we've ever had. We always do but the cashier was amazing and the staff was knowledgeable. My husband likes to do all our home repairs if he can and saving money around this time of year is always hard. Thank you so much for all your help and savings!

Worst customer service. Very rude cashier. Will not be shopping here in the future.
Poor customer service had to wait almost 45 minutes to get help with storm doors. Had the department paged and herd the page over the intercom 3 times. Left and went to thr kent store got help right away.
Go to McLendons for everything! Love it!! Military discount everyday. Go and see. You won't be disappointed!!
