We had a great experience with McLellans Carpet Court Lavington, approaches to other local flooring companies received lukewarm responses, seems like there was too much work about at the time. We went to the showroom and nothing was too much trouble, we were offered helpful advice on the flooring we would need and booked for a timely measure and quote. The job was scheduled to coordinate with our other renovations. An email was sent the day before to inform us what time the crew was starting and went ahead as scheduled. The ... read more
If I could give them less stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible workmanship. Wonky and wobbly flooring laid, not straight, also not finished and won’t return calls. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
