Very happy with our service from Mclees! From start to finish Doug, Isaac and Martin were the best! They went above and beyond while being incredibly knowledgeable, timely and thorough...all with a great price!
I had issues with my furnace heating. Tim came out and spent quite a while ruling out issues that were easy and less costly fixes, answered any questions I had, and very obviously knew his trade. Unfortunately my heat exchanger was in a state of no-worky, putting out egregious amounts of carbon monoxide well beyond the maximum levels it should be. Can't express how amazing it is to find a company that cares about their customers. I had a furnace go out in one of our rentals late in the evening. Russel our service technician was calm, kind and professional. This isn't our first 5 star experience with McLees and surely won't be our last!
I needed to get a new furnace. I would highly recommend Mclees. Russell Ervin was awesome! He explained everything throughly - great communication - great customer service - and great work taking the old furnace out and installing the new one. He also helped solve a bird nest issue! Tim Russ and Andrew did a fantastic job switching out my 30 year old furnace and adding air conditioning. It was a challenging job in town with a tight space and venting challenge. Together they suggested the best equipment for me and did a great job on the installation. They did not leave until I was thoroughly satisfied. After more than 15 years working with them I have learned that the McLees team follows up with great service and maintenance. I could not be happier/
