Surreal experience—zero stars if I could. Was admitted under the pretense of care and stabilization. Instead, I was gaslit, drugged against my will, and later discovered two unknown pills planted in my clothing—with no explanation, no documentation, and certainly no consent. Facility partakes in patient brokering- especially Dr. Sava. Would not recommend under any circumstances unless you want to develop severe trauma.
McLean’s hospital is an outstanding facility for adolescence. As a psychiatric nurse myself, I’ve seen and worked at some horrible facilities! But I’m speaking as a mother, not as a nurse. Staff is caring, patient, well trained, and most importantly, consistent!
Highly trained staff
I have been harassed, bullied, and targeted since I arrived. They are treating me like I am a nobody, a piece of scum. I am not getting proper care, I am treated less than. Since the minute I stepped foot in here I have been attacked, not physically but mentally, emotionally, and verbally. You come to places like this to get the proper care, and all that I am getting is pushed out.
