Dr Sanborn is one of the best MD’s I have had the privilege of seeing. He is caring and respectful to his patients and thorough. Not sure what the issues are with these people that have left negative comments but I’m sure there is more to their stories than they told. Staff has always been kind and respectful. The only complaint I have is that he has become so busy that you can’t get into him. But his PA Belinda is great.
I've never had an issue with Dr. Sanborn and have been a patient of his for a few years now. He's never taken long at all to have my scripts filled, never been rude or disrespectful to me in any way, and has given me excellent advice and no reason not to trust him. He's a really cool and understanding person in my experiences. Disregard the negative reviews. He is beyond awesome and my wife and I have no problem getting in to see him or getting scripts filled.
It takes over a week for Dr Sanborn to fill a controlled substance medication that I've been taking since I was 9 years old. He's not available on weekend, holidays, bad weather. For years, I've dealt with the rude staff, and had to beg them to work with my insurance for prior auth forms. They've sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy, wrong dosages, and wrong medication MANY times. When I first began going to Dr. Sanborn, it was great. He was a great doctor. Extremely awesome bedside manor. Your the only person that matters when your in the room. He is not looking into the next what do I have to do. And is the most attentive Dr I have ever seen can usually repeat just about anything you say to him. Can usually see some needs of mine without me actually saying because he listens to everything you have to say. If your looking for a new Dr give him a try my last Dr left me spoiled and it took 4 or 5 years to find this Dr and very thankful I did.
Dr. McLean Sanborn has to be one of the best Doctors in the DFW area. His staff treats you with respect, they are prompt in returning calls and getting referrals. Dr Sanborn always takes his time with me or my wife. He explains things in a manner in which anyone can understand. He gives clear precise directions as to treatment and tells you in detail about follow up tests. He is calming right from the start and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him.
