I love all the staff here!! They are very friendly and good with my twins! My son had gone in due to his wheezing and he is autistic, Emely and Dr. Elisabetta Prat did such a great job with him. This is definitely one of the best pediatric practices.
My husband and I have had the pleasure of attending this practice for a couple of months now. We’ve seen almost every doctor and they are all outstanding, patient and very caring. My daughter is not a fan of doctor visits (what child is though) but they do everything they can to make her feel comfortable and cared for. All the staff is wonderful and they always try to fit you in when you have an emergency. I want to be fair and first state that I think the doctors are very capable and very caring people that were dedicated to their profession. I did think the receptionists were also pleasant to work with and were accommodating. I’m speaking as an overall experience though. I was pretty disappointed with my experiences at McLean and transferred after a year. Firstly, the office operates and functions as if it’s in the 80s.
