Called for an appointment, no one called back. Called a second time and was able to schedule an appointment. Then they called to reschedule a week later. When I showed up during a work day, no one was there! Called again, no one picks up after 6 tries. Very disappointing experience.
I bought a package for medium and small area treatments with this vendor and had a great experience with Farzi who administered them. The price is reasonable and the office is a small and cozy place near my location. Farzi was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away. The results are very good, though I need to go for a couple more follow ups. Highly recommend!
Horrible Experience. This vendor scammed us with a Groupon. She wasn't there for the appointment and then said the time was changed despite my proof of appointment. She then refused to provide the stated amount of treatments. Ultimately, she wants the upfront payment from Groupon but doesn't want to provide the service for the discounted amount.
Farzi is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing her for laser hair removal and facials for years and would not trust anyone else with my skin. She is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and makes every appointment comfortable and easy! Highly recommend!
