After being away for two years, I came back as a returning patient and spent nearly 25 minutes on the phone going through availability to book an appointment. The very next day, I received a text asking to move my appointment to 11 AM — what I understood to be a time change only. I’m a patient of Dr. Rania’s and her (and all the staff) are awesome! It was a smooth process from scheduling an appointment to actually being in the chair. Everything was clearly explained and I felt well cared for. Love being a part of the “family” :)

I would not recommend this dentist. Before my procedure, I specifically asked whether it was covered by my insurance and was told yes. They never verified my benefits, and after everything was done, they charged me out of pocket and hid behind a form I signed. It’s unacceptable for a provider to give false information and then blame the patient for their lack of due diligence. This experience felt dishonest and left me with an unexpected bill.

I had a great first experience at McLean Family Dentistry. I was really impressed by my hygienist - I think her name was Kira? She was really nice to talk to, really knowledgable, and did an excellent job on my teeth. Dr. Chand was warm but professional, and taught me some interesting things about my mouth anatomy that I've never heard from another dentist!!
