OMG, McClay's is great. I can't say enough about their customer service. My AC stopped working on a Friday night and too late to call anyone. The next morning, I started researching and calling a number of AC business's. They either didn't answer or took my info and never called back. A friend of mine recommended McClay's. This company is one of the best in the business. They are kind, pay an amazing amount of attention to detail, and are able to help 100% of the time. Highly recommend.
McLay has made plumbing repairs and installations for me over the years, and I've always been happy with their technicians' work. But during one of the hottest weeks of the year my air conditioner stopped cooling, even though the fan worked. They managed to work me in to their overflowing Saturday schedule. Bill came right on schedule and diagnosed the issue, had what he needed in his truck, and has the unit up and running! I continue to trust in McLay Services and recommend them!!
Aaron arrived within the window time frame that was given and did a thorough job at performing the yearly maintenance. Much better air flow and cooling now that the unit was cleaned.
I was recently in need of a new tankless hot water heater. After soliciting estimates, I selected McLay Services and was very happy with the outcome.
