Frustrating experience. 1. Confirmed and appointment 5-16-25 for a McClay Technician to come over and evaluate the AC unit. 2. McClay called and canceled the appointment, granted I took the day off from work but I understand things happen. 3. Rescheduled for the following day 5-17-25, and a McClay representative showed up and said the coils were leaking and would send a quote. 4. Saturday no quote sent. 5. We had our Williams wall heater installed about two years ago by McLay in La Verne.I Love our Williams Wall Heater !
I would highly recommend McLays Plumbing . I had an in the wall drain line pipe break that would have required replacing a portion of the pipe behind the wall . Mike from McLays figured out a way to repair the existing pipe thereby turning what would have been a relatively major job into a relatively minor one using some inguniety. Using McLays is a real game changer .
