They did my Carrier AC years back, and something else that slips my sextagenarian mind. I would like to thank Bryan from McLay plumbing who came out promptly and did an excellent job on my shower, toilet, and two sinks. The price was very fair and the work was exceptional! He was neat and clean and extremely knowledgeable along with his personality . He was absolutely fantastic!
I emailed Mclay Services for a problem on my Navean Tankless Water Heater. Their technician, Chad Delk, apparently a supervisor, cams and started checking the inside of the small, tankless water heater. In my estimation, he spent 15 minutes looking at the inside of the device and found a leaking heat exchanger and another 10 minutes checking with the supplier, Navean, if the problem heat exchanger of the device is under warranty, which came out NOT anymore.
