RecommendedFrom Ohio and visiting family. Stopped at McLaughlin’s for some seafood. Ordered the lobster roll and crab cakes. The best crab roll so far in Maine and the crab cakes were full of crab meat instead of filler stuff. Highly recommend!!
Got steamers today. Best ever. We always expect a little grit. But today's were totally grit free and some of the best clams I've ever had. Thank you Reid and team

Had a brief stopover in Bangor and wanted some tasty lobster and found it at McLaughlin’s! I had been wanting to find that roadside type seafood stand that I had seen in travel shows and this fit the bill. Great prices and portions a plenty - this was the place to go. There are 4 or 5 tables under the cover of the roof and a few tables outside in the gorgeous Maine outdoors. Staff was friendly and efficient. This is a must go to place for seafood! An absolute must! Oh, and if you have room for dessert, get a scoop of the ice cream. Seating is outdoors on picnic tables. Friendly atmosphere. Fantastic staff!
They have good sea food and the service is amazing and they are super friendly
