Overall it was positive. Unfortunately, the car needed some body work, which I was glad they were taking care of, however we thought we would be getting our new car on a Monday, and then found out it would be a “few days”. We were already short a car which is why we worked hard to find one on a Saturday - but incredibly inconvenient.
No one likes getting their oil changed or car maintenance, but it was definitely a painless process! I had an appointment, they got started right away and it took exactly how long they said it would. And they kept me updated a long the way! Overall, very pleasant experience!
As always, professional, efficient, and honest. Nice waiting area, too.
Everything was completed as indicated. Like the videos of the work on my car. My loaner was very nice.
Brought my Suburu in for oil change and the service there was fantastic. Everyone is very informative and the waiting room has wonderful snacks, coffee and drinks. Also, I needed to have extra service done which I will be returning to have done. The technician working on my car made a video of what I needed done and explained it perfectly. Exceptional Service!!! Will be returning here to get the additional work done. Thank You McLaughlin Suburu!!
