Very disappointed with how much the service has declined. I used this agency in the past and had good experiences, but trying to insure a newly purchased vehicle was extremely frustrating. I was transferred multiple times, had to call repeatedly just to reach someone who understood the process, and received inconsistent information along the way. Really disappointed that Mclaughlin has been acquired by Acrisure. My family has been clients of them for decades. The quality of the service they provided did not carry over to Acrisure. I have had a terrible experience with one of their agents when switching my policy from Maine to Massachusetts. None of the agents are on site and you get passed off to multiple incompetent people instead of working with one qualified agent. Front desk staff is nice, but that's the only positive.
