Our heater went out so I called to get a technician dispatched over to our commercial warehouse but the lady answered the phone very rude and immediately lost our business.
Had them install a Mitsubishi mini-split high efficient system. They didn't install it correctly and the system has leaked refrigerant from day one. They were out 4 times in 18 months to recharge the system. Even sent out their leak specialist. He cracked one of the condensation pans, causing one of the units to leak water all over the place. Did very good work on my ac. Even brang us some small heaters to use while ours was out , very trust worthy people. I highly recommend.
They are the best, never had any problems with them. You can trust them.
I had an appointment to get a new HVAC system at my house. After waiting 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Misty said "It's a 2 hours window, sir", which wasn't mentioned when I made the appointment. She then told me I am not even on the schedule. I was transferred to the person I had the appointment with who apologized and said he was too busy to call. I'm busy too and took time off work to be home.
