The best n greattt customer service
I had the worst experience. The sales department was not helpful at all. I called to inquire about the VIN, but I was transferred from one person to another until the call eventually reached voicemail. I called back several times, but no one answered. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
Don't buy anything here if you don't want your brand-new car to end up like this. On top of that, they won't help you out with a loaner car, simply because they don't want to.
Ebay was a great help!!! If you need help you should definitely ask for him!!! He really cared and made sure I was taken care of. The whole team was great and I can’t say enough good things about them.
