On 9/12, I visited the dealership after having a stressful morning. The goal had been to get my fiancé's car looked at to find what was wrong with it. We setup an appointment to come back later in the day but since we were also considering the possibility of moving forward with a new vehicle we decided to walk the lot. Took my new to me used 2024 Nissan leaf in for multipoint inspection the have a window you can watch them from. This is why it's funny I watched them fix the AC/heat recall with a software update and then washed the car and called it done coolant for the motor was slightly low and no one even went over the inspection with me after the fact. I watched the whole time no inspection other than checking wheel alignment and tread level was done will not come back and do not recommend this dealer for any vehicle service period .
We went to several dealerships and dealt with many different salesmen while looking for my little sister a new car. Joseph at McLarty Daniel Nissan was by-far our favorite! No pressure and extremely personable, would absolutely work with him again. Adam in financing was also super efficient and got us a lower interest rate than previously expected. Great team!
I give Nissan a 1 star but Matthew Decker one of the service advisors from Nissan truly deserves 10 stars cause five isn't enough!!!! Ever since we've ever owned our Nissan, we've hated it. Had so many issues with it and stuff braking down and even had poor experience when we purchased the vehicle. But when we had recalls and service issues, Matthew Decker had help us above and beyond anyone else would have to make sure we got our vehicle fixed!
