Jeff Lewis was wonderful to show us anything we asked to see and drive and they had just what we wanted. We drove away in a new Lincoln Navigator after 30 yrs in Cadillacs and we love this Navigator !! McClarty Daniel Lincoln we highly recommend !!!!
We had CT (Two Ton) Anderson for a salesperson. Best experience ever. Went out of his way to get us out the door in two hours. (We had an appointment we couldn’t miss) He then made time for us the next day to explain all the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. He was so knowledgeable about the whole car. Thank you again! We love it, but I think he knew that when we went for our test drive. I even got a big hug❤️❤️🚙
Brought my car here multiple times for the same issue full new car factory warranty within the past 6 months & this place couldn't fix it. The Lincoln Concierge would send out roadside assistance to start my car many times - I was even on first name basis with him and he's a 3rd party vendor they hired. All that to say, this shop stays waay busy and I couldn't get their attention - I told them the last time that I didn't want the car back until it is fixed - and they never offered a loaner (This is LINCOLN); and the same iss... read more
