I think that they have very crappy service. I bought a pickup 7/22/2019, today is 8/20/2019 at 4 PM and I am waiting for fed ex to bring my paperwork so that I can get my tags. We had to call them 3 times about getting the paperwork that was not sent out until yesterday. I am very disgusted and angry. It's a little hard to request time off from work last minute to get my tags when I only have 2 days to get them now before my temporary tags expire.
Tried to purchase a new 2018 Enclave from McLarty Daniel recently. I was passed to four different people before a salesman showed any interest in selling me a car. I felt no one was interested in my business. I had been working with Everett Buick for many years prior to MD taking over who could not have been more customer focused. We finally got down to the price I wanted except for their add on of $599 for extras I was not interested in and they refused to deduct this extra.
