Brought car in for a diagnostic. Was told by service department there’s a $175 diagnostic fee but it’s waived if I get service performed. There were 6 services recommended, I got one of them done, which was about $240. Diagnostic fee was still charged. Apparently, I would have to get all the “recommended” services done to waive it? Paid $175 lesson, to learn not to go back there.

Do not get service here. Not sure about the sales side of things (my sister had a terrible experience though) but the things they recommend doing and the diagnostic they did on my Odyssey were so wrong. A second opinion turned almost 10k of services to almost nothing. We even had a FREE recall scheduled but they tacked on hundreds of other services we didn’t need. I don’t trust the integrity of this place.
