I was very unhappy with both the Service and Finance Depts. Finance gave my info to hundreds of extended-warranty people who flooded my physical mailbox for almost a year. Service Dept had my car for days and never even diagnosed it. It was about to run out of warranty and maybe they figured they could run out the clock.
