I haven't had many medical experiences in the recent past, so I wasn't sure how today would go. I have to say that my treatment was exceptional at McLaren Thumb Region. From my first contact in central registration to the lab, x-ray and ending with the cardiac cath experience, I was attended to by total professionals. Amazing nurses all, and the doctor was great.

Took absolutely forever for everything. Been there for 3 hours for my 3 month old. And she hasn't eaten since 2 30 thinking it wasnt gonna take long (been here since 5 30), didnt see the doctor till like 2 hrs after we got here (7 30), it was almost 9 before we got are discharge papers. Someone got there papers before us and we were here way longer than them. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I want to know something, I was told that I should have went to the walk in clinic. I didn't know that I could use Aspire or Schereur walk in clinic and then use McLaren Hospital. If this is true please let me know and I would have used it first. Maybe next time I will do that and who knows I may like the service and decide to switch health care providers.
