We agreed on a figure with Nathan for a pre-owned vehicle, only to have the manager raise the price at the last minute. This bait-and-switch tactic is outdated, wastes time, and erodes trust. If a number isn’t authorised, don’t present it as final. Nathan was polite, but the dealership’s pricing strategy feels like an old game we walked away.
