I had a great experience at McLaren Alexandria thanks to Geordie. I was honestly hesitant to visit an exotic dealership after past experiences of being ignored or judged because of my age or dress code but Geordie completely changed that for me. Highly recommend Johnny and all team in McLaren very professional and family at the same time!
We agreed on a figure with Nathan for a pre-owned vehicle, only to have the manager raise the price at the last minute. This bait-and-switch tactic is outdated, wastes time, and erodes trust. If a number isn’t authorised, don’t present it as final. Nathan was polite, but the dealership’s pricing strategy feels like an old game we walked away.
Had to take my McL into service due to some sensors requiring a reset. Team was super professional even if the car was not previously serviced by them (car was brought from interstate). No shenanigans, no "you need extra this and extra that", no random fixes and sales pitches. Superb attitude and fair pricing for the work done.
